Re: Good luck

I find it bad when a team member is told by other teams that he would be a bad leader. Or taht he should quit first all together. It is wrong for other people to say this when they do not even no the person. He is a great member of our team and I am glad he is on it, Who cares if he states his own opinion he can say what he wants, without getting bad rep from others. I think that it was wrong for these people to say this and they should be ashamed of themselves for saying it. This is a website for talking about what you think and he was jumped on for doing so. This is not the way of first and it should not be happening to people.

Someone can state their own opinion on the topics in the forum, but when those opinions turn into attacks on what specific people say and is meant to directly embarass and/or put down that other person a negative rep is deserved.

Calling someone a bad leader with just the backing of a post on a forum is very harsh, but the reputation system should make you think twice before you make a post.

Re: Good luck

I agree with Liz^. Like in Couple of Things, I discussed some of the problems that I felt were going on ChiefDelphi the past two weeks. The rep system is to make you think about some of the posts you write and how it might affect someone. Again, CD is about helping each other and showing the great spirit of GP to one another. You don't want that taken away do you. I sure don't.

Good Luck
