here's how it works

List the allince ie:

seed 1
Team 954
Team 61
Team 190

seed 8
Team 1066
Team 1104
Team 1945

seed 1 wins

etc. etc.

brackets open directly after allince selection.
brackets close 15 minutes prior to first elimination match.

you guys like the idea.
