I am from the area, and just a warning to anyone who is planning to go. If you are under 18, you need to have a permission form signed by your parents. Also, the exhibit is an additional charge ($24.75) in addition to admission to the museum ($13.75 or $18.75 if you want to see the IMAX movie). Also, once you leave the exhibit, you can not re-enter. If you are interested in Biology at all, the exhibit is worth the money to see (and they have some other cool stuff at the museum as well). The IMAX theater is rather unique too as they have a dome-shaped screen instead of the normal flat screen.

Several West Coast teams have attended IRI. I don't know of a single team from east of the Rockies that has attended ANY West Coast off-season. So who is afraid of who? - ChrisH [more]
