Re: Replicating parts of drawings
When doing a linear pattern, use rectangular pattern. Select the top horizontal line as your direction, (for direction 1), then select your interval and number of items.

Yea rectangular pattern is pretty useful. You can even send the items at an angle, pending on the line that you choose as a reference. Besides doing it in the drawing though, you can also rectangular pattern the features and even the parts in asseblies. Keep in mind that the circular pattern tool exists too
