My first TV interview :-D
Well, today during school my teammate and I were called down to my mentors office and we both were told that we would be interviewed for the local news tonight. At first I was a bit nervous (I'm not too good at all the public speaking stuff), but once I got into the interview I was alright. Then the interviewer asked me "How many teams are competing in Atlanta?" and for some odd reason I blurted out "Oh around 700 teams". I must have been thinking of the amount of students at the GTR or something like that, anyways, after I was done and the interviewer moved on to my teammate my mentor says "There are only about 400 teams going to Atlanta" and I replied "What did I say?" and she said "700".
Oh well, hopefully they won't use that part of the interview, my bad . |
