lol it is a wolf dressed in disco clothes smoking, it's from a Russian cartoon called *Nu Pogodi*, pretty much its like Tom and Jerry but better and funnier...and in this cartoon a wolf tries to catch a hare...lol...

Actually I think they are doing this like the signature thread. So you just keep getting rated. so no need to like not rate and post to keep it going.
