1. what baud rate does the ifi loader run at? 115.2 Kbaud
2. what is the maximum storage pressure for the pneumatics system? 120psi
3. what should one do if they want to lighten a robot? Drill Speed Holes
4. how many amps does the main breaker trip at? 120A
5. what is the heaviest guage of wire used in the robot? 6guage
6. what clock speed does the secondary (user) processor run at within the robot controller? 40MHz
7. what is the size of the pit area, in all 3 dimensions? 10x10x10'

Tell me what you think of these, I'll think of some more later. I can ask some higher level programming/electrical/mechanical questions if you want them.

Not bad questions, but the answer to number 5 should be 6 guage.

~Do you ever find yourself "daydreaming" about robot design?
If so, how in depth are your designs? (Rate 1-10)

~How? (Any way that works. )

And the ever-present, ever-important
~Why? (Why not? )

I'll post more when I come up with them.

to add on to that:

do you find yourself making 1/4 scale models of the 2006 and previous FRC games with vex kits?

do you go on chief delphi almost every day?

you worry about your robot feeling alone in the drayage warehouse?

ok i'm getting off now.

Gee! I don't know. Maybe I just don't get it. I have but two questions:

Who's final project is this? & Why can't you earn your own grade?

Re: Need your help

do you work on your robot first thing in the morning?

do you work on your robot when you are all alone?

have you ever lied to your friends and family and told them you were doing something else, when you were really working on your robot?

do you sometimes dissapear for 3 or 4 days at a time?

do you ever wake up in the morning and you cant remember how many robots you worked on the night before?

I'm guessing that give this thread a week and coming up with 10 questions on his own would have been easier than picking from the donzens that will be appearing here.

sounds like the project is C programming - he's only asking for FIRST input to make it interesting.

OIC - good catch! So this is the uncreative C programing discipline. We have bunches who must have took the same class.

Sorry, that was a typo, I got my years mixed up, I meant 2004 (the big gold one, the year they gave us the glorious gift of 40amp breakers).

Maybe a better question would be:

What year did FIRST first allow 40 amp to run to a motor. 2004
