As he listens to his favoritest song ever, "Candy", Ed prays for the day his secret love - the most talented singer in the world, Mandy Moore - finally looks at the X-Cats T-shirt he ripped off and threw onto the stage in 2002 and calls the number he hastily scribbled on it.

As the rest of the team left the school that evening, they could swear they heard Ed softly uttering, "Mandy, soon you and I will be together forever!"
