Re: NY FIRST- ALL NY Teams Read!!!

Ok, nice idea. However is this aimed just at teams in NY or teams which attend regionals in NY?

We are a regular at the NYC Regional and have been for 5 years now.

Re: NY FIRST- ALL NY Teams Read!!!

It will take lots of good ideas, but once Team 174 is up and active with something, we maintain it well. I read how it might be nice to get more Regionals in New York...Well the Carrier Dome in Syracuse (where the Syracuse Orange Bball and Fball teams play) is in the center of New York, and bringing a robotics regional there would be awesome. As well as a Robotics team, which I have heard might be in the works, but I can't tell exactly. There are many High Schools around Syracuse, and gettting teams there would be great. We tried before, but lack of interest broght down the team we helped. I can't say "we will", but the more info you can send my team, the more apt we are to partisipate. PM me.

as far as more regionals go, we are not going to do that. We dont want to draw teams away from the Finger Lakes Regional. What kind of info do you want? what we are doing? you can check our website at www.newyorkfirst.org and that has most of everything on it.
