FIRST Logo Puzzle

We're all familier with the FIRST logo. It's a pretty cool little 2D form made of 3 basic shapes. Can you guys think of a solid 3d shape that would fit inside every FIRST symbol completely? E.G When tilted at a certain angle and put into a shape, it will fill the hole completely and still go through.

My programming teacher showed this to me and I thought it was pretty cool. Enjoy!
