Where those PS2 or PC controllers that looked like PS2?

I thought they were PC Controllers that looked like PS2 controllers.

In all honesty - the PC controllers that look like PS2 controllers would be easier to do. Plug in and go. Fewer errors. Very good. The PS2 controller takes translations. But on the plus side, we can drive the robot with a DDR pad, which is crazy-stupid-cool.

Re: What teams would you really like to meet at a FIRST event?

WHOA!...............around 300 teams at the Championship....
and to be honest, i would like to meet every single one of the teams out there. My experience with FIRST says that every team has a different inspirational story, and a different strategy as far as technology. Especially i would like to visit the pits of all the Chairmans Award winners from past or present. Also on chiefdelphi, i get to know alot of people, and will get a chance to meet with them in person.

On the same note i would like to invite all of you to visit our Pit, Team 612. I'm not sure if you have one, but we have a lot of stories about our team and technical enhancements.

Hope to see you all in Atlanta.. GOOD LUCK!!

Yes, yes, we do give out coconut shells instead of buttons, and we have since 2004 I believe. Back in 2005, I saw a couple members of 233 galloping around the stands at UCF with a few pairs of our team's coconuts. It as amusing to say the least.

Anyway, here's my list:
Technokats (45)
Division By Zero (229)
H.O.T. (67)
Raider Robotix (25)
Epsilon Delta (116)
Rolling Thunder (1511)
Hauppage (358)

I think that all the teams should meet an impressive robot by Team 204. I got to see them and many other teams at the Philly Regional!

Re: What teams would you really like to meet at a FIRST event?

I had said previously that I don't seek out teams from America but there is one team I have been looking forward to meeting. Our distant cousins from the west 1425 Wilsonville robotics. Hopefully they can come join us for a Xerox team picture (with 1126 and 1450).
THat would be nice.
