Easy C activation code

I followed the steps for the registration code, But it says:
Software can't be unlocked.
The version is 1.1
What do you do about this problem it will shut down in 30 days and I need and payed for the software when I bought the Vex programming kit.

I would recommend contacting Intelitek. Their support is excellent. Make sure to have your CD code handy. It would also be a good idea to have the PC specific code that is displayed when you first launch EasyC or when you choose Registration in the Help pull down menu.
