*regains sanity* get Adobe Encore DVD and that should fill all of your need makeing a menu screen. But you'll also need to convert the video in a 720X480 .avi NSTC DVD. You can do this with Premeire.

I hope this helps you.
Encore DVD is VERY complex to someone new to creating DVDs (and expensive). I would highly getting Nero 7 (Demo). I use it for our TV spots or in-house quickie movies that I don't want to spend more than 10 minutes on burning it to DVD. We are creating mentor and sponsor thank you DVDs, and with that I used Encore 1.5 (took about two nights to finish up the menus and testing). Same thing with Premere, it has a high learning curve, but not as high as Encore. Still, both are great software and my favorite tools for producing semi-professional looking DVDs (plus an Epson R300 printer with CD/DVD printing - Worth every penny).

Good luck to finishing the DVD in time!
