Re: Attention all Rochester Area Teams!!! Night of FIRST

I will be flat out honest here... a lot of mentors are very wary of asking their entire team to go to an event that looks like it is entirely run and hosted by a student. In the future, if you want more support from team mentors, you need to have a mentor on your team send out the email invitation.

Also remember, this is the "off" season now for a lot of teams. Some teams don't meet any more after atlanta, some teams need breaks, many students are starting to prepare for finals or are still trying to catch up from what they missed in Atlanta. The end of the school year is a ROUGH time to run a fundraiser or intrateam activity.

Yeah, i know. Ive also been busy studying for finals, doing a couple research papers, and other non-school related stuff.

On another note, separate from this....

Is there a team in the rochester area that has students from another area/ school on their team?
I am looking to join another local team for next year. I would like to broaden my participation in FIRST and to get a better perspective on how different teams run and do things together (my team doesnt do anything outside of meetings and competition). If you can help, just post here, or feel free to send me a email or a PM

-Steve
