Conor Ryan has a good story about his HP laptop and the "enter" key.
I looked over the laptop and there are three major problems with it (IMHO): -Bad Proc -XP Home -No MS Word Otherwise it looks "ok". Of course I'm still an Apple fan at heart, so there is the MacBook for more, but you get more (including a better processor, but no MS word).
