Microsoft InfoPath

I just downloaded the MS Office 2007 Beta 2 and mostely for InfoPath since i had plans for another project with it for engine builds but w/e. Has or Does anybody use this program for scouting. It seems like a great program with a lot of pontential for scouting. If you dont know what it is it is basicly a streadlined forms program for data collection. Does anybody have any experiance using it?

I am kinda new to the program but if you have used it and have any tips PLEASE share.

Re: Microsoft InfoPath

Hmm..never used it, but I'll take a look at it. I'm always looking for new and intuitive ways to do scouting . This year I got my scouts & AP Computer Science class to write a beastly scouting program that took in data from our scouting sheets & sorted it according to various fields.

Re: Microsoft InfoPath

I decided to make a prototype scouting interface based off of the 2007 asset manager template in infopath.
if you have infopath 2003 you can download the file here and preview it.
If you dont have infopath 2003 you can download the MS Office 2007 beta 2 from here. if you have any questions about overwriting you current Office install see this thread. Once you have Infopath 2007 you can download the 07 version of the file here.
Feedback i appreciated. I just kinda found this program and it seemed to have a good use so let me know what you think.
