For those that want to learn how to play, the official site ( http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=ah/prod/diplomacy) has the rules ( http://www.wizards.com/avalonhill/rules/diplomacy.pdf) and a simple FAQ. Also, the Diplomatic pouch is a good resource ( http://www.diplom.org/index.py). These are all linked to from the wikipedia page, but I think these are the most important resources for learners.
