Graduate School

I'm starting to look into graduate schools since I graduate this May (if all goes according to plan). Is there any tricks/tips/advice anyone can give about trying to get into grad school?

I'm specifically interested in Aerospace Engineering so if anyone has any recommendations on schools or any other advice it would be greatly appreciated.
