Frustrated by their robots inability to stop the Triplets dominance on the field the mentors decided to make a stand and form a human chain in front of the ramp themselves. They of course were disqualified and escorted from the premises.

In an effort to cut back on expenses, FIRST decides to recycle certain elements of the program for its 2007 FRC game... mainly, the playing field ramps, and FIRST Senior Mentors. This year robots will be challenged to shoot ping pong balls (available in bulk, here) into the mouths of the recycled FSMs. Points will be assessed based on the size of the FSM goal - those with the larger mouths (as demonstrated here by our good friend Mr. Kloberg) will be worth 5 points - while successfully targeting the FSMs who have learned to keep their mouths shut will earn 15 points. As you can see here, earning the 15 point goal will be a rare achievement.
