Is there anyway that the database could be used without the person accessing it being able to change the information? Please let me know via PM or post.

Yes, There are two different options when you come up to the welcome screen, one is to View Student Information the other is to Edit Information, and if requested i could even create a second database that links to the first one that all you could do is view the data and have the first one password protected or even set admin rights on one database,
