WPI Vex Challenge 2006

(Maybe this should go in the other thread, w/e)

Team 190 (or, more accurately, Brad and Ken) have released the WPI Vex Challenge for 2006. The game rules are online (6 printed pages).

I know you all love to analyze rules and stuff. I'd like to hear what CDers have to say about the game.
