where to get jumpers
First off I have no idea where this should go because it is terribly off topic but what can I get some 2 pin F-F jumpers like shown below?

Re: where to get jumpers
You could make your own. You can buy the .1 connectors and the 2 conductor ribbon from digi-key, mouser, newark or any other electronic supply catalog. You need a special crimper for the terminals but its well worth the investment if you ever want to make custom length PWM cables for your robot.

Re: where to get jumpers
Thats what I am doing now, I couldn't find them any where except a european site that takes forever to load. It took me 10 minutes to load 1 page. >_<
I have looked on digi key but does anyon eknow what the part number for these parts are? http://jameco.com/webapp/wcs/stores/...oductId=100811 http://jameco.com/webapp/wcs/stores/...oductId=118455 http://jameco.com/webapp/wcs/stores/...oductId=100765 Please note the housing is a 2 PIN HOUSING, although it showes a 10 pin in the picture. Thanks for the help! EDIT: I just went to the site(www.ere.co.th) and it is alot faster now so I just ordered 100 cables fromt there. Last edited by John Gutmann : 30-07-2006 at 18:39. |
