Found it odd they could have a TM symbol after the iBot name on that webpage, when Dean and company obviously have that name already trademarked?

That company doesn't seem to have "ibot" trademarked now nor have they had it in the past. As a matter of clarification, the "IBOT" trademark belongs to Johnson & Johnson, not Dean nor DEKA.
