I believe the ECC administration has some leeway there. The 20 figure likely includes a "drop allowance". They may start the class anyway if they see enough dedicated students to finish the semester.

If you were thinking of taking the class and didn't sign up. Please show up. I think you can still play the "add/drop game" and get in. Room MCS 4 @ 9am.
