Does anyone know what happened to the "AT&T Bell Labs & Science High School" team?

It's bothering me that a team that won a chairman's award is now defunct.
As a former mentor on the renumbered Team 7 (Team007), I would be interested also.

This particular renumbering caused many minor mishaps over the years. One of the ups AND downs was a special invite to the kickoff a few years ago. The warm fuzzy feeling lasted about 30 seconds until I realized they were thinking the Chairman's team, before the renumbering. I said "we'd love to come but ..."

I think most of the issues have been ironed out for renumbered teams. We have a team here in Maryland that will be receiving a recycled number this year.
