Cancer Research: breakthrough?
I'm not sure if you have heard about this or not.
http://www.cnn.com/2006/HEALTH/08/31...erg/index.html I actually had the honor to meet Dr Rosenberg last week at Hopkins. Using cells as smart bombs is not a bad idea. Although Bio is not my field, but i still help with the research (there's nothing wrong in helping save a life ). So what do you guys think about it? Although it was tried on 17 people and only 2 were cured. Are we really heading into an era, where cancer will be curable? (This particular type is skin-cancer) |
