New Resource for CA Bay Area Teams
for info. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our team was recently invited to attend the TechShop's preview party. I don't think you need an actual invitation to attend so anyone can come. This looks like an awesome resource for FIRST teams. Not only do they have a vast quantity of machines (powder coating station, planishing hammer, injection molding station, mills, lathes, etcetera...) but they also have instructors to teach you how to use them ![]() This is nothing new, I already know of another similar organization, but TechShop's rates are insane! A monthly pass is only $100 per person Which should give you enough time to build a robot.Rumor also has it that they are interested in sponsoring a team. |
