Actually, that is a common mix-up; the name of the song is Kernkraft 400 by Zombie Nation. I also had it wrong untill I started researching about the band. Here is what wikipedia says:

This is most likely due to multiple factors: the song chants "Zombie Nation," the band is a one-hit wonder in the United States and therefore not well known; the song could be said to sound like a nation of zombies chanting; and file sharing, where anyone can change the name of a file and thousands can download it in a short period of time, which became popular soon after the song was released.

I'm sort of the opinion that the song ought to be named 'Generic Techno Music #1 by Anyone'
