While everyone who has ever played the first game will disagree, it is a mix of, Starship Troopers, Oblivion, Morrowind, Halo, Halo 2, Parsec, HL2, Diablo 2, Quake III:Arena, Harvest Moon, StarCraft, Quake IV, Mario Party 1-2, Mario Kart, Fable, Starfox 64, RUSH 2049, and Tetris.

Mobile gaming and gameplay/graphics (gameplay over graphics), it does not matter if you have the most amazing game graphics in the world but if you have terrible game play the game will suck. (Take FF 6-12 for example)
