CIA Commercial

CIA
Technology so advanced it's classified. At first I was just hallucinating.

Re: CIA Commercial

I saw a similar commercial on TV with the same punchline the other day. I kinda laughed.

I actually thought about going to COOP at the CIA. Then I realized it didn't give any flexibility as to working there. I had to work all my COOP terms there. Also, I could have worked at the NSA during my Spring COOP term. Dodged the contraversy bullet there. I don't know. It just doesn't seem right for the people there trying to recruit.

Re: CIA Commercial

I would not recommend attending CIA/USSS job fair or open recruitments (such as in that commercial). The people that attend those are generally sent to the "uniform division", which do nothing more than guard buildings, parking lots, and such.

If you really want to get into a good government position where you'd actually get to do some Agent work, most people I know started from the military, government contracting positions, or the police departments.

I got the impression that the CIA was actively recruiting engineers. Hence why that commercial was specifically talking about technology. Even with the NSA they were actively recruiting people with a strong math background under the job listing. I could be completely wrong though. Just call me Q.
