I would imagine that somehow accidently the team was registered as a new team or rookie team. I'm sure its a technical error and FIRST is very supportive so have your sponsoring mentor call the number posted above.

i will do that we have a meeting in a few days i think tomorow but i have classes to attend at night.
i just saw on another post that it has been caught by other teams and hopefully be fixed soon

Maybe it's just me, but I'd prefer team #2000. That's a number that's really easy to remember. Plus it has all sorts of possibilities for a team name.
