Where are we having this field set up, in the Thomas Gym? Not sure that everything will fit, (Teehee). There should be a field set up in a cafeteria or something, to occompany everyone and the Vex game also.
Questions: Does anyone know the field layout/location in Thomas? Where will the fields be?

Correct me if i am wrong but the field will just be moved onto the existing FRC field, the FRC field will be held in the Gym and the pits in the Field House. again correct me if i am wrong.

I would like to ask that anyone planning to compete please sign up on the website. I am going to be making up match sheets Friday night and would like to know how many people i am actually going to have. It only takes about a min to do and I would really appreciate it.

Two questions...

1) will the field or a field be there on friday night/and can we use it to make some last minute adjustments?
2)where will the balls be starting at the begining of a match(against the wall, scattered on each side, ect.)and how many total will there be?
thats more like 4 questions but i guess it works as 2...kinda

1) maybe....I am not sure when it is being brought over. But it will be free saturday morning

2)60 (read the rules

) the balls are located in a rectangular pattern 2 deep by 15 long parrallel on the back wall centered and located on the outter goals.

good job art, and it was a fun time. we'll have to see what my teacher says when i come to class tomorrow with the vex field.

I would like to thank everyone who came out to participate in the vex game. It was a great competition, and everyone seemed to have a blast.

Congrats to Art for winning, and Dylan on a good 2nd place finish.

Special thanks go out to: team 340 for building the field, everyone who built a robot, and all the spectators who enjoyed the fun. Keep those vex kits handy because there will be more Rochester vex games and tournaments in the future.
