Re: pic: Wicked good corn.

The corn was really good!

Weird story about my corn experience:
I got approached by a woman holding a bag of kettle corn. She asked me where I got my corn from and than proceeded to tell me how she got more corn in her bag than I had in my hand. The confrontation ended with her giving me an evil laugh...

Re: pic: Wicked good corn.

But the important question: was it roasted corn?

PS. That's not fair, the cafeteria doesn't make corn on the cob (or really any vegetables for that matter) and I have wanted it for a month!!!!

For those from CT and Mass, the caption "The Big E" was enough, but for the rest of the world...

The Big E is to the small New England states what the State Fair is to all the other big states. Yep it's all there with a decidedly New England Flair, from cows to corn!

I'm really impressed that you picked something so healthy to eat with all the choices! My favorite was always the best freshly made ice cream around!

Re: pic: Wicked good corn.

My favorite has to be the baked potato in the ME building. Or maybe the blueberry pie from NH? A la mode, of course! Or maybe... oh, too many choices!

The line to wait in to get one of those is as big as the smile on everyone's face when they finally get to eat one. Yep.

I really should of gone there this year.
I haven't gone to the Big E since '97.
Next year I'll go. For sure.
N.E.R.D. ROAD TRIP '07!!!

So, did you at least go on CT Day (Wednesday)?

My favorite part of the Big E is Agawam Day and Rosie parading through the grounds shooting poof balls to the crowd and getting applause with every corner we turned..........
