Instructions: Move Toolbar to the top of IE7

I don't use IE, but I figured some of you guys that do would like to know how to get your toolbar back to the top (above the address bar).

1. Close Internet Explorer 7 then go to Start->Run-> regedit

2. Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser in the left pane

3. Highlight the "WebBrowser" folder then in the right pane, right click and New->DWORD Value

4. Where is says "New Value #1" rename it to "ITBar7Position"

5. Double-click on your new key, and in the box where it says "0" change it to "1"
