I think i would also like to see this happen because Dean always seems to say "We hope we've designed a good enough game for you", but he never really knows, does he? Besides, F.I.R.S.T. is really about experience... and has he experienced the actual (not the workplace its modelled after) 6-week build season the students have?

I bet dean built a robot sometime... Does they segway count? and is it legal for any of the games? If it can make weight it could've been pretty good in 2003, or even be a really good defender this year.
