[OCCRA]: Vex programing: acquiring 2.0

I received the Vex programing kit at the Women's Competition today. I successfully installed it on my computer. At the competition, I heard that you need to activate it as the 2.0 version. I haven't activated mine yet. I can't find where I'm supposed to get the 2.0 from. At the competition, they said it was a free download but I could only find it for $50. Where do I go to get the 2.0 version?
