Live updating prices in Excel

Hi, I was wondering if it were possible to track prices in Excel using the source code from a web page. I'm thinking it may be possible with VBA, but I don't know the language enough to do this. If anyone knows how, or knows of a link, please share. I want to try to keep track of live prices of some computer hardware using prices from Newegg.
