[OCCRA]: Standings 11_06 REVISED

There was an error in the standings. Thanks to the persons that caught the error.

Here is the revised standings as of 11_06_06.

I cannot open the file.
Either i don't have the right program to open it,
or it just doesn't like me...haha.

You will need to save the file first then open it with Excel.

If you are using an old version of Excel it may not open.

I tested and it works for me.
