Agreed. Colbert was great, Dean played along well. FIRST got promotion thank heavens... any chance that Stephen could be at Atlanta this upcoming season??? Time to start sending invitations...

A great interview with Dean tonight. Quite possibly one of the best outings from Dean that I've seen in a while. He was very lively, funny, and quick with a response. I think we need Colbert prompting him at the awards ceremonies. (HA!)

As far as products and projects, Dean talked about the IBot, FIRST, and a soldier "vertical assist" device, as well as mentioning the Dialysis Machine and Insulin Pump. Quite a bit to discuss in a 5 minute interview. I'm sure someone else will post a full transcript about it, so I'll end my play-by-play here.

Anyways, I'm glad I stayed awake for it. I highly recommend finding a way to watch a recording of it.

I totally agree!!!! I think everyone got a kick outa that there. Who knows what we will be doing in robotics in years to come... especially if he keeps making crazy suggestions like that lol

OMG i was flipping threw the channels and stopped when i heard dean's name !!!
