No... if the situation is as I understand it (One of the 1676 Vex team members can correct me if I'm wrong), a member who was on the top ten (official team) just found out he cannot dedicate the time necessary to stay in the top ten, so no, we're not kicking him out. Now, in the engineering journal, we just make a note that said team member left on x date and add the new member at the end, saying he joined on x date to replace the leaving member?
