There is a difference between programming on the 2005 and 2006 RCs. When you compile the code there are some changes (which I forgot) that you need to do to switch between the do. I'm guessing the master code is setup for 2006 not 2005 so that would be your problem. Also you might want to look into your version of IFI loader.

Make sure you are re-compiling the 06 code with the libraries for the 05 processor.. or just use the 05 default code..
