Go to Post I guess what I am trying to say is that GP is inside all of us just waiting for a chance to escape. I am sure how the virus spread. I put the blame solely on the shoulders of Chief Delphi. - Ken Loyd [more]

"RM"

Hi guys...

Thanks for your replies to my previous message. All them were very helpfull, but I'm still having problems with understanding the meaning of the "RM" command.

Let's say that when I'm sending "RM 3", CMU is supposed that suppresses all the ACKs and NCKs and the output from the camera is in raw bytes. So, when I'm sending the following commands:

OM 0 3 (output mask, to show only mx and my)
RM 3
TC 50 100 30 60 0 25 (random numbers)

the CMU is supposed to reply with something like that:

255x35x2A 255x36x2A etc.....
(random numbers and 255 is a valued byte at the beggining of each packet)

Did I understand correctly the function of the raw serial transfer mode or I am missing something?

I would appreciate any help. Thank you in advance..
NM
