Average lifespan of a team
It was mentioned last night in an im that I was in, and I thought it was worth pursuing.
What is the average lifespan of a team? I was given a guess of 4 years, but it would be interesting to figure out (though Im not sure how to go about it). Maybe the way to do it would be to make a list of the teams going into their 11th year, 10th year, and so on, until we start hitting teams that lasted for 3 years and then died, in which they would go under the 3 year bracket. Any other suggestions? Any other guesses?
