FIRST Growth numbers - is the KOP involved?

I was sitting here reading about how wonderful the kit gearbox and frame is, and I got to wondering something. Has the percent growth or absolute growth in each year in FIRST gone up since the introduction of these items? What about the rookie retention rate?
