Re: The best 3DS MAX resource found for level 1 beginers!

That is a nice find.
I write my own lessons for my students, even wrote an exam. The lessons I wrote go in a similar order.
Basic Navigation (Lesson P) 4 pages
Basic Modeling (Lesson 1) 4 pages
Basic Modifiers (Lesson 2) 4 pages
Basic Keyframing (Lesson 3) 1 page (need to expand)
Basic Materials (Lesson 4) 2 pages (also need to expand, might combine with lesson 7)
Modeling (Lesson 5) video = 20 mins
Particles (Lesson 6) 9 pages
Mapping (Lesson 7) current work in progress

They are free to any team that wants them, just keep in mind I am not a very good writer, yet the kids have learned from them.

After watching the videos the seem to simply scratch the surface. I create a simple scene and lead the kids along explaining what each and every thing does. (I do that a lot more in my later lessons) In the earlier lessons they actually came with homework but this was dropped as checking over all their homework became too much.

I wrote them so they could be followed by anyone.
