It all depends on which competitions (and namely when they are/were) for the state of each team's robot. Competitions have been running since late november, and will continue until the Championship in April.

we finished our robot in Nov for the GTA Regional. However, we are completely remoddeling our design for Penn regionals.
It should be done in a month

Done, and won a regional.
Driver and coach team are practicing for Atlanta. The reset of the team is playing defense against the driver with base bots.
