Team 330 has done a presentation on system engineering at the CSUN workshops at least twice. It's a powerpoint, so I don't think it could be a whitepaper as is. I might be able to get the authors to make a whitepaper. If not, I have a suggestion for practicing system engineering: take an old game and develop a strategy and requirements for it. 1999 might be a good example. Then, compare with the winners. Did you get it right? If not, figure out where you screwed up.
