Grading Designs

I am sure this has already been posted but I attended the training seminar at Ivy Tech in Kokomo this fall and was wondering if anyone had a copy of the design grading schemes 45 uses or something similar. I had them on a cd but unfortunately the CD cracked before I got a chance to use them. Any help would be great as I want to get these squared away for my team before kick off.
