Exclamation exhibition

Hi,
I'm starting a new team in Mt. Pleasant, MI and to raise community support and awareness we want to hold an exhibition. We need some help, though. First of all, we need robots (hopefully 8 or so), second we need a playing field. This will be Sept. 21 and there will be a parade and a exhibition. It's a town festival. I've never done anything like this before and I REALLY want it to work, so any help/advice that anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,
Ellen Cogo
