Solidworks: Using configurations within assemblies

Hi everyone,

I'm currently drawing up some stuff in solidworks, and I have a part where I have several different configurations.

The assembly requires the use of several of these configurations from the same part.

I can't seem to find the way to switch what configuration the part uses within the assembly.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thank you,
Dave

Re: Solidworks: Using configurations within assemblies

You ought to be able to set the configuration for individual iterations of a single part by right-clicking on the part in the model tree and selecting "Component Properties" near the bottom of the menu that appears.
